How to quickly make methods for new WBS?

When a new weight breakdown structure (WBS) is defined in MassTrack, you need to define methods for all the weight groups to be able to perform estimates for weight and center of gravities (CoGs). An effektive way of doing this, is to line up all methods in a spreadsheet and copy / paste into the methods table in the system database.
