I have created a SQL user on the SQL server, when opening MassTrack with this user many of the menu functions are grayed out and cannot be used. How do I assign sysadmin rights for this user?

When the permissions has been set up properly on the SQL Server, you must also assign properties for the user group on the MassTrack side.

There are two ways of doing this, either go to menu Project->Permissions->Administration… in MassTrack, select “Groups”; select “Properties” and check boxes under tabsheets “Permissions” and “Weight groups” to assign permissions.

Alternatively, assign the new user to the existing sysadmin group in MassTrack, see second picture.
